Duragel Gel Polish Base in Color – Sand
Introducing Duragel Gel Polish Base in the color Sand, a versatile nail care solution from Jana Nails Ireland. This product boasts a perfect texture that’s neither too thick nor too fluid, making it ideal for strengthening nails and creating an apex. The self-adjusting texture speeds up the gel polish process, while the base remains hard yet flexible enough for gel polish.
The Sand color base features a neutral undertone, making it an ideal base for French manicures. Its perfect undertone adapts to any skin tone and is a beautiful color choice for all “nude lovers”. Apply a thin or slightly thicker coat for extra coverage.
Duragel color bases can be applied directly on well-prepared natural nails. However, for more problematic nails or for glitter bases, we recommend using Duragel 1 step (transparent base). This ensures that during refills, you don’t have to remove glitters from the natural nail plate.
Usage Instructions:
- Prepare the nail by pushing/removing excess cuticle.
- Shape the natural nail and prepare it with a file (not a buffer!). Apply nail dehydrator and magic airbond.
- If desired, apply Duragel step 1 and “rub” well into the nail, close the free edges, cure, and continue with the selected base color. Apply a sliding layer, rub into the nail (do not cure), and with the second layer, create the nail shape and strength. Cure for 90 seconds in a combi UV/LED lamp of at least 48W.
- If you don’t apply Duragel step 1 as a base, Duragel color base can be applied directly with the same preparation and in the same way with a sliding layer. We recommend working 1 by 1 nail in parallel on both hands.
- After drying, if you have minor irregularities, you can degrease the base and gently fix the shape with a fine file or buffer.
- Apply color and shine, or leave the base alone because the colors are beautiful.
Duragel Color bases can be used in many ways – the possibilities are unlimited. They are perfect as colors on their own, as a base for French manicures, or as a beautiful soft semi-transparent color on building gel/acrygel. Apply in one layer over the gel as a soft transparent color or in two layers for higher coverage.
