You can request a return within 14 days of receiving eligible items. Unopened and unused items are typically required for a refund. Delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law or where the wrong or faulty item was supplied.
Before sending an item back

Faulty, damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number plus clear photos where relevant.
