Lift the sticker from its backing with tweezers.
Place it on a matte or degreased nail surface in the desired position.
Keep the sticker within the free edge and sidewalls; file away any excess at the edges.
Seal the design with top coat, or encapsulate it with clear gel followed by top coat.
