Flake TopCoat / Shiny /
Flake Top Coat /Shiny with #it effects – black irregular particles in it. Must have products of this season that can be combined multiple ( please see photos above ).
Flake TopCoat / Shiny / is an excellent shiny topcoat without a sticky layer. You can dose the number of black spots (depending on whether you want a lot or just a few ). The bottle should be shaken well before using the Flake top coat to distribute the flakes properly. It can also be combined together with a Sugar Matt top coat (tiny regular black particles matt top coat ) or just with a matt top coat to get a matte effect. The possibilities are limitless.
Drying time: only in uv / led lamps for at least 48 W for a full 2 minutes for a complete curing process .
